LARSoffshore provide industry-standard 2-track or 4-track caterpillar tensioners up to a capacity of 150 metric tonnes. The tensioners come with track lengths between 2.5m and 5.0m, primarily dependent on squeeze crush capacity and coefficient of friction of the product. The tensioners can take product outside diameters between 50mm and 750mm. We do offer different types of interchangeable v-shaped tensioner pads, steel or steel with polyurethane.
Most of our tensioners are road-transportable in 20 or 40 foot containers. The systems come with power units and control cabins. Each system comes with certified rigging and suitable cables and hoses.
The tensioners can be supplemented with auxiliary equipment, such as carousels/turntable, loading/spooling towers, chutes and trackways.
